Our unique pricing model provides our clients with transparency into their project expenses.  Unlike a general contractor's model, clients receive a breakdown of cost by individual projects and/or vendors.  Our management compensation, generally a percentage of the overall project costs, is agreed upon prior to the start of a project.  There are never any hidden costs or fees.
